Before your treatment starts, we’ll cleanse the area and apply a numbing cream to keep you comfortable. The product is then injected using a fine needle or cannula, depending on the area. You may feel light pressure or a small pinch, but most people find the procedure very manageable.

Your appointment typically takes around 30–45 minutes, and you’ll leave knowing exactly what to expect in the days and weeks ahead.
Because these treatments work by stimulating your own collagen, aftercare is simple but important for helping the product settle well.

Here’s what we usually recommend:

Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours, unless we advise otherwise.

Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
